Terms for receiving SMS communications from EmergDoc.
Program Description
EmergDoc offers optional text message communications for individuals who provide a mobile phone number and agree to receive SMS messages from us. Messages may include service-related follow-up, review requests, scheduling or administrative updates, and replies to inquiries.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to EmergDoc and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from EmergDoc at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. The public opt-in call-to-action language is available on our Text Messaging Consent page.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. The number of messages you receive depends on your interaction with EmergDoc, the services or communications you request, and any follow-up needed.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received, as provided in your mobile telephone service plan. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging or data plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages from EmergDoc at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
Text messaging may not be available through all mobile carriers or in all areas. EmergDoc and its messaging providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy matters. Please review our Text Messaging Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect mobile information. EmergDoc does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to These Terms
EmergDoc may update these Text Messaging Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
